I really like all of the shading you did on this, but something just seems off about the hair to me, maybe its that little slivver of ear showing or something, but it's very nice anyways!

Regarding the hair, the reason it's odd is probably because I started out drawing it in the style of an 18th century wig, because that's something I love doing for some reason, not meaning for it too look like or follow the rules of actual hair, but then when I remembered he was going to be bald that just didn't quite come together.
Although now that you mention it, the ear does look a bit wrongly orientated as well.
It's all really kind of very improvisational.

Everything about this drawing is really good, but as you mentioned those eyes are a little bit, well... Scary. He looks like he just got done butchering a family.

But other then those cold eyes, he's really good.
